I think that they should spend the money to HELP the homeless, not make it so that they’re “invisible”.

this is ridiculous! I’m going to nyc tomorrow to do homeless outreach…my heart breaks for those people, even if its by choice, its a life.

It’s worse than that in Rockford, Illinois. There public housing is being replaced w/ 30/70%, Section 8/”market rate” developments.
